The woman told me that she can't help me if she isn't looking at the vehicle (when I was trying to ask what I thought was a simple question). When I tried to explain what the issue was she kept cutting me off and wouldn't let me finish a sentence. She then told me that she suggest I read the owner's manual and try to find a fix before calling them again. Definitely will NOT be going here for any more service (or vehicle purchase) moving forward. More
Complete upsale rip off!!! I had to take my car in for recall work, and asked them to check out a noise I was hearing as well. When I got there, Darryl told me that they performed a complimentary multipoint inspection and diagnosis, but because I asked them to check out the noise, they charged me for that. When Darryl drove the car into the shop, he commented to me about the noise, and there is no doubt in my mind that they would have found the issue in their "complementary" inspection and diagnosis. He refused to issue me a refund for the charge and the service manager told me that I should feel lucky because they had to replace a rusted bolt as part of the recall that Subaru was not paying for. I feel taken and not treated very well and will NEVER go back. More

The service staff (Darryl) was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. My complaint: my windshield was broken in the process of replacing the air bag! There was no urgency in replacing the windshield! It should have been returned to me as I turned it in! That is appropriate service! More

Your car is not safe here! This dealer “serviced” my son’s car this week, and the hubcaps were stolen off the car while on their lot. The “service” department’s response was to say that theft or vandalism to the car while ON THEIR LOT was not their problem. With so many other Subaru dealers in the area, I would think they’d try a littler harder to take care of their customers. More

The purchase involved a pre-order, which was unfamiliar to us, and meant we waited several months after working out our deal. Wade Houston, all along the process, was wonderful. He was very responsive to questions, worked diligently with us to settle on the price/trade-in (without awkwardness or aggressive tactics), and stayed in touch during the wait for the car to come in. Most importantly, what Wade said would happen, happened. We are very happy with our new car and our experience at this dealership. More

Phil spent a lot of time figuring them out with us, solved every conflict, and I am really excited by the outcome. It’s great to have a salesman who really wants to help, who is intellgent and focused, who does not push but is there for you. Very highly rcommended. More
