I had a very pleasant experience at Burlington Subaru. I went in not totally sure what I was looking for but knew it was time for little upgrade. The process was painless and he really made sure all my needs were met and that everything fit into my budget. I highly recommend anyone looking for a laid back, productive but fun experience when looking to get a car to hit up Michael Dykstra. He is your man and will make sure you're in the car you love with no pressure whatsoever! Thanks Michael! More
We had a bad experience and ended up traveling to Twin City Subaru to purchase our car. Burlington Subaru's lot is a danger zone with cars everywhere, new, used, those being serviced and customers trying City Subaru to purchase our car. Burlington Subaru's lot is a danger zone with cars everywhere, new, used, those being serviced and customers trying to find parking to shop. Felt like I was wasting their time once I finally was able to talk to someone. Even went back a second time to give them another try, it was late in the day as that is what our schedule would allow and not one sales person greeted or made eye contact. We left and will NEVER return. Always want to give people the benefit of the doubt so hopefully they will improve and your shopping experience will be better than ours. Good luck More

We spotted a Subaru we loved in a parking lot in our neighborhood. The nice man driving the car was wearing a Subaru mask and shirt and we started up a conversation. We took his name and 5 days later we neighborhood. The nice man driving the car was wearing a Subaru mask and shirt and we started up a conversation. A contract was sent to us and we made an appointment to pick it up, since we had to drive 2 hours. Received an e-mail from the salesperson that despite our agreement the car had been sold and was no longer available and were we interested in any other vehicles. No phone call asking if we would be interested in it at a highter price. It is no wonder used car dealers have a bad name. Sleezy More
Thank you to Service Department. Traveled from Boston to Burlington VT with worrisome lights flashing on the dashboard in my Subaru Outback. I had tried to go to Subaru dealer near Boston but they were way too busy to fit me in. Dropped in to a busy service department at Burlington Subaru. Was greeted by a bunch of very welcoming people. I explained the situation and asked if they could figure out what was wrong with my car. They said "sure" we can help. Asked for my key, went to get the car and escorted me to the nice waiting area. Tim, a manager from service came back to say he had taken care of situation with the balancing of my tires. He also said he drove it around the lot to make sure that all was well with the car. Tim said "all set". I asked him how much I owed him. He said, it was not a big deal and there was no cost. Flabbergasted in every way by their genuine care and that they did not take an opportunity to charge me. Thank you so much Tim and others at Burlington Subaru. More

Unfriendly Not Knowledgable Staff I have leased Subaru’s for over 15 years (7 different leases). When I handed in my last Subaru I got a final bill for 817 dollars. I’ve spoken to 6 I have leased Subaru’s for over 15 years (7 different leases). When I handed in my last Subaru I got a final bill for 817 dollars. I’ve spoken to 6 different Chase Auto Finance Costumer Service Reps. One said it was damage (there was none). One said I handed it in early (I handed it in 40 days early and made all 36 payments on time). Finally someone said it was because it had winter tires on it. When I handed in my car I asked the sales associate about this and he said “ everything looKed great “. They don’t care unless you buy another car. This Subaru has the worst sales associates. If you want to buy a new Subaru go to Saint J Subaru. After this experience I will lease from other companies and never be a loyal Subaru Costumer again. More
