New Outback for Northern New Yorkers As residents of Northern New York this was our first experience buying a car out of state and thanks to Crystal Careau, we happily purchased a 2015 Ou As residents of Northern New York this was our first experience buying a car out of state and thanks to Crystal Careau, we happily purchased a 2015 Outback from Burlington Subaru. This is our 4th Outback and we now regret we didn’t visit Burlington for the other three. Crystal was most informative and helpful answering our questions along with being a pleasure to deal with. She went the extra mile to arrive at an agreeable price and to put us in the car as soon as possible after it arrived. We shall definitely call Crystal at Burlington Subaru the next time we’re ready to trade. More

Amazing, Friendly, Wonderful and Easy Experience! Back in May of this year I contacted Burlington Subaru and worked with Michael Dykstra. He was upfront, honest, and very friendly. I told him that I would come back to him within 4 - 5 months time and give him my business. True to my word, I bought a brand new Subaru Crosstrek from him yesterday. He is without a doubt, the best salesperson I have ever worked with in buying a vehicle. And I have bought several cars throughout my lifetime. I would highly recommend him if you want a no pressure sale, friendly service, an all around great honest to true guy. :) He is the real deal and didn't make me feel pressured in any way.
