We initially started dealing with Fred Anderson Kia and while looking for a pre-owned 2 vehicle we ran across Burlington Kia and have been going there since. Jackie and Andrew are the best. Andrew found an odd error code for the System antenna and replaced it. We have had quirky problems with the hatch and some other features and it ha Andrew found an odd error code for the System antenna and replaced it. We have had quirky problems with the hatch and some other features and it has been to a different dealer for the problem, no joy. After this visit we now have features that we have never experienced, like auto unlock and lights when approaching the car at night. We have been coming to Burlington KIA with our 2016 KIA Sorrento since we moved to McLeansville in 2022 and Andrew and Jackie started off knocking it out of the park catching the (KIA Corporate, Undisclosed recall) of the heads not being properly torqued at the factory which of course leads to engine failure. He walked me into the shop and showed me what was going on and see it for myself. Not the kind of failure you would want to experience on the highway at 60 MPH. Andrew assured us he would not let them push a junkyard engine on us but would secure a refreshed short block in the crate. Andrew and Jackie managed the warranty company and lived up to the promise.
