Overall, very good service and positive experience with the replacement of my engine. Emily handled communication throughout the process and was excellent in keeping me updated. I removed a star because our experience when returning to ask about a possible repair issue was unexpectedly tense and unpleasant. The staff became immediately defensive — “not my problem,” “I’ll get the manager” — instead of responding in a helpful, professional way. We weren’t upset; we were simply asking whether something might have gone wrong. A calm, problem‑solving approach would have resolved the situation quickly. Instead, their reaction created unnecessary friction, and the interaction could have escalated if we hadn’t stayed calm and focused on de‑escalation. The staff would benefit from training in handling potential concerns or misunderstandings. A more supportive, customer‑focused approach would make a big difference. More

I took my vehicle in to trouble shoot the fuel door not working. I also asked; while they were going to service the car, if they could replace a headlamp bulb, unless it was going to cost a fortune. When they called to inform me of the problem with the fuel door, they told me there were three lights not working. They said the cost of replacing the fuel door actuator was going to be $350 dollars. I told them to hold off on the actuator but replace the bulbs. When I got off the phone I researched the actuator and found that the part was $36.00 and it was a plug and play installation. I could replace it in 30min. The next time my wife drove the car the original low beam headlight was not working, the original problem. my wife told them that the light did not work and scheduled service. I could not attend due to illness. The attendant informed her that that was not one of the bulbs they replaced and charged her again for the bulb and installation. Very disappointed of the service they provided. More

The lady greeting me was so kind and sweet! ! She made me feel like a VIP! I appreciated that!!! The service was about an hour and a half, but the lounge area was nice and no problems! The w ! I appreciate how friendly and efficient this service center is whenever I have to stop in. I also appreciate that I'm allowed to attend to my own business when I wait for services to be completed. Neither the service people nor sales people push me to have extra work done or to get in a new car. In this specific economy, I appreciate this most of all. More
