Be careful of Up selling Tried to sell me on a new Cabin Air Filter for my Tundra that only had 8000 miles on it. Wasn't even dirty! I removed the "dirty one" and showed the Tried to sell me on a new Cabin Air Filter for my Tundra that only had 8000 miles on it. Wasn't even dirty! I removed the "dirty one" and showed the Service Manager Randy Eaton - he said it looked dirty, but agreed it didn't have any dust, leaves, or dirt on it. I found on another dealers' site there are 2 filters available - a standard white filter part #87139-07020 and a better "Carbon Type" grey filter part #87139-50100. Mine had the better filter installed and was mistaken for the cheaper white filter. I complained and was redirected to another "Service Manager" Tom Maggerise - and he apologized, but didn't say how or why this happened. Never taking my truck back to them, and would not suggest anyone have their vehicle serviced there. No Response from Toyota USA when I filed a complaint. Last vehicle I will ever buy from Toyota. More
