I was kept well informed every step of the way the work was done fairly fast. Although your service is good it is overpriced, I would suggest that your dealership should lower prices 15% and your business was done fairly fast. Scheduling staff was great, but service department did not fix the issue, nor check that issue was corrected. The "fix" that they did I knew wouldn't work because I had already tried it. I had to schedule another appointment taking more time away from work where they can try to diagnose issue. Meanwhile Service manager had picture proof of issue and advised to come in. More
