We weren't planning on purchasing a vehicle from this lot, but rather from their "lower lot" due to my poor credit. Not only did our salesperson, John Lowe, get us into a vehicle that meets out needs, it also fit us financially. I was so happy - I think I could've cried. On top of that, we had our two small children with us. Since this was spur of the moment we weren't prepared and John gave our 2-year-old part of his lunch, played cartoons on his computer, and let our son play with some action figure toys under his desk. Really could not have asked for a better experience. I also need to give a shout out to financing for working with us to get an even better finance plan than we had with our Jeep. More

I tracked Lindsay down in the parking lot and until the deal was closed, I am not sure who was more excited, her or us. Never once did I feel pressure to make a decision immediately. By the time we left with our new truck, we talked to about 5 different people in the dealership, all answering our questions and telling us stories and experiences and helping us navigate all the new technology in the truck. Never was anyone too busy to answer questions. Joel even managed to pull off the entire financing package in about a 1/2 hour so I could make to a class on time. Great overall experience! More
