Glad I Went to Buchanan Auto Of the 3 salesman I talked to (from 3 different dealers), I found Mike Slick was the best one to talk with about purchasing my Yukon. He was knowledgeable and informative, and helped us choose between leasing and buying the vehicle. He was very open about the cost of our new vehicle and what my trade-in was worth. He quickly set me up with the financing people (Joel & John) to provide needed information so we could evaluate whether to lease or not. He was very knowledgeable about the Yukon’s features, helped us set up OnStar, and made sure that our phones were synchronized with the truck before we left the lot. He went out of his way to help us even after we closed on the deal. I expect that I will go back to him to buy our next vehicle in a few years. More

New Vehicle Purchase After visiting another dealer that had sold us 3 previous vehicles, we stopped at Buchanan to see what type of deal they could give us. Not only was Mike Slick very knowledgeable about the product but he was also very honest about the trade, how long it may take to locate the vehicle we were interested in. We had received a private offer for $500 for a test drive but forgot to bring it with us. They were kind enough to honor it after I emailed them the information. They also have a great Protection Program over and above what Chevrolet offers. The only problem I have is that the windshield inside detailing was not real clean. But that is not a deal breaker! More

I knew what I was looking for and what I wanted and they did everything they had to to get me into the vehicle that I wanted for the price I wanted. They really turned my bad day into one of the most memorable experiences. I would definitely go back to them for future purchases. More
