This is where I met Kathy Shank, she greeted me upon me arriving on their lot. Kathy took her time and answered my questions, explained financing options and gave a fair price. I ended up purchasing my vehicle, I have been extremely happy this purchase. Kathy has even followed up with me to insure my happiness with this vehicle. Previously, I have not had the best experiences while buying a car but I trusted Kathy because she made it about me and not her. Horrible experience Went in on a 04/22/2017 got approved for a loan. For some odd reason they told me there were a couple bugs to work out they told me $700 down was enou Went in on a 04/22/2017 got approved for a loan. For some odd reason they told me there were a couple bugs to work out they told me $700 down was enough for the car and they would get back to me on Monday. They never called me I had to call then 7 times on Monday. And then they told me another loan went through but they would need $1800 down and I wouldn't get the same car. Then I looked up the KBB online and there Hyuandia Sonata was over priced by almost $3600. Horrible experience. They were nice to my face in person but over the phone they were very unprofessional!!!! More
