Good service I recently went on Buchanan's website to search for an SUV. I found a few that I was interested in and contacted the dealership via text message. Wi I recently went on Buchanan's website to search for an SUV. I found a few that I was interested in and contacted the dealership via text message. Within minutes I received information about their inventory. A few days later I went to Buchanan, Kathy greeted me in the parking lot and was very personable and polite. worst dealership ever purshed a car that wouldnt pass md inspection do too major saftey issues..car was in front end collision and was never disclosed too me..when the bank purshed a car that wouldnt pass md inspection do too major saftey issues..car was in front end collision and was never disclosed too me..when the bank decided too unwind my loan the carlot has refused too return the $2k i put down in the car...used and new car sales manager onlu knew how too hangup on me or never return calls and when they did only wanted too argue..neve would i recommend this carlot too anyone...spent 9 hrs on lot after being approved 2 days prior too my visit and was told this is the car u buying since its the one u asked about and it wasnt the car i wanted or was approved on best decision ever was giving the car back...
