Preying on the elderly As I am going through my late mother-in-law’s finances I discovered that two months before she passed away she purchased a vehicle from Bryan Imports As I am going through my late mother-in-law’s finances I discovered that two months before she passed away she purchased a vehicle from Bryan Imports used cars and boy did they see her coming. They sold her a vehicle with a KBB averaged trade in value of $13,904 and by the time they were finished with her she had financed $26,520.48 for 6 years at 10.89%. They charged $18,995 for the vehicle, $695 for gold customer care whatever that is, $502 for fees, $3,659 for a 30,000-mile warranty $740 for Gap insurance and $1929.48 for taxes. Even though she was 72 years old, diabetic and handicapped they didn’t add in life insurance which most reputable companies would have insisted on for a 6-year loan. I know it’s a buyer beware world and nothing they did was illegal but preying on the elderly is just disgusting. More

Known Defect repaired under warranty I reached out to Erin, my service advisor, about a potential issue that I knew was common with my particular model vehicle (Subaru WRX - clutch throwo I reached out to Erin, my service advisor, about a potential issue that I knew was common with my particular model vehicle (Subaru WRX - clutch throwout bearing). She knew exactly what to look for and upon bringing my car in, made a plan with me to bring my car in to receive a loaner due to the length of time required for repair. Upon picking up my car, the repair seems to have made the vehicle shift more smoothly than before, and issue that I noticed before is gone. Friendly and complete service all around. More

6000 mile check We finally got to 6000 miles on our Outback--it took 10 months. We don't drive that much. Made the appointment online which was flawless. Arrived at 1 We finally got to 6000 miles on our Outback--it took 10 months. We don't drive that much. Made the appointment online which was flawless. Arrived at 1:00 and they were waiting for me. Could have been out at 1:30 but opted to have the car washed (always a good idea in New Orleans.) I was told there were two cars in front of mine. I assume they hand wash the cars because it took almost an hour to be done. Left around 2:30 with a nice, clean car. We bought the maint. package so no charge for Thursday's visit. More
