The service team replaced my timing belt and another belt that needed replacing and checked my car over for any other belts, hoses, etc that might need replacing. My maintenance work was done in one day and was reasonably priced. The scheduler even replaced my keyless entry battery as a favor. I’ll be back for my next Mitsubishi repair and car purchase. Slightly dismissive service manager I called the Service Department and left a message the day before I wanted to get my car checked out. No one called me back, but they are the only Sub I called the Service Department and left a message the day before I wanted to get my car checked out. No one called me back, but they are the only Subaru dealership in town so I had to bring the car in. I had specific concerns that I wanted to discuss, but the service manager didn't seem interested in a conversation. He wasn't rude, but he also wasn't engaged. The didn't have any service cars to lend while they worked on my car, as has been my experience with other Subaru dealerships and in the end, I was charged $280 for them to tell me that the car needed repairs exceeding its value. I was somewhat prepared for this repair to value ratio, because the car was old. But I was not particularly pleased by how I was treated or what I was charged. I ended up buying a new car the next day and choose not to buy a Subaru because I did not want a continued relationship with the dealership. More
