This particular time, it took 3 visits to resolve the electrical drain issue, but they did find the problem (I had left the cargo area courtesy light on). Even so, the 3 visits really stemmed from an issue with Subaru Corporation's ridiculous policy on battery condition & replacement. Service in the past (both this Outback and our previous Forester) has been excellent. I also always enjoy talking with my all-time favorite salesman, Greg Bourgeois, whenever I come in for service. This is our second Subaru. In the past, we've always been dissatisfied with either the push salesmen, or the service, or both, and have thus switched between car companies again and again. This dealership is truly different (superior) and is definitely bringing us back in the future. The break area is fantastic (good selection of snacks and drinks, coffee, and even a dog tag machine I've needed to use). The entire facility is very, very clean and organized. More

Outstanding Service & Customer Service Realizing how many Subaru's on the streets of New Orleans, and the fact that Subaru on Airline Hwy is just about the only dealer, I was concerned what Realizing how many Subaru's on the streets of New Orleans, and the fact that Subaru on Airline Hwy is just about the only dealer, I was concerned what type of service I would get, and how easy it would be to book a service appt. I called on a Tuesday, booked a 9:00 am Thursday morning appt.... Basically, I pulled up at 8:30, checked in with the Service Manager, within minutes my car was taken into service, while I sat in a very pleasant atmosphere, all the chips, doughnuts, coffees I desired... Within 30 minutes my car was completed, then the Manager asked if I would like it to be washed.... I said yes, if no problem, then my car was immediately driven around back where it was washed very well. It was an extremely pleasant experience, and I "truly" appreciate the competence, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. Thanks Subaru! More
