Very good, but one exception. Service has always been prompt and courteous. Friendly too. But recently, I had a bad experience. The oil drain plug from the last Subaru oil chang Service has always been prompt and courteous. Friendly too. But recently, I had a bad experience. The oil drain plug from the last Subaru oil change was installed way too tight. I couldn't loosen it with a long 1/2" breaker bar. We took the car to the dealer and complained. They were most apologetic and immediately corrected everything and even serviced the oil change free of charge. I am impressed. They are very concerned about our happiness as Subaru owners. Great people. More

New Tires In and Out I use Bryan Subaru for everything my Outback needs. I could go to Firestone, etc. and many folks think dealers overcharge, but I find Bryan's prices n I use Bryan Subaru for everything my Outback needs. I could go to Firestone, etc. and many folks think dealers overcharge, but I find Bryan's prices not only competitive, but their service is above and beyond any where else. They stick to the task, the price and promised time slot. Though they might mention if something off the list needs attention, they never push parts and labor beyond what you're there for. My last experience, just yesterday, was new tires. Brian Guzzardi searched for the best tires for the price and said if they didn't have them there, he'd bring them in next day, the day I would have the car there. They promptly and immediately took my car the moment I arrived and had it back to me earlier than anticipated, with a thorough car wash to boot. I bought my Outback from Bryan in 2015, and now my wife wants a Subaru Cross Trek, which in the next year or so, we'll be getting from Bryan. More
