New forester. No service yet. Greg did not explain that we were not getting the X-Mode with snow, even though we were explicit that the car was to registered in the mountains of Co Greg did not explain that we were not getting the X-Mode with snow, even though we were explicit that the car was to registered in the mountains of Colorado. After we complained he said the snow feature was only available in the Limited model, which would be about $4000 more. He also did not tell us that there was extra charge for the complete StarLink services. I would recommend this, but would warn people to make sure they are told the complete story, More
