Greg did not explain that we were not getting the X-Mode with snow, even though we were explicit that the car was to registered in the mountains of Co Greg did not explain that we were not getting the X-Mode with snow, even though we were explicit that the car was to registered in the mountains of Colorado. After we complained he said the snow feature was only available in the Limited model, which would be about $4000 more.
