Good service, but not happy with program changes I brought my car for service, everyone was pleasant and helpful. However, I thought that I would be getting my next oil change free. I was told that this program ended on January 1, 2018. But I was there for an oil change in May 2018 and was told that my next one would be free. So, they lied to me in May or the information that I was told this week is inaccurate. Whatever the case, I am every disappointed because I did not get my first oil change free due to my error. I bought the car in April 2017 and in September 2017, I had the oil changed at another service center because I forgot about the coupon for my first free oil change. I went to this other place because I thought a hurricane was coming and I would have to evacuate and I did not want to wait for an appoitment at the dealership and I honestly forgot about the coupon. A few months later, I found the coupon, it had expired, so I called and was told nothing could be done because it expired. So, I realize that was my mistake, but in May, I was told that my next one would be free and now I am told that the program no longer exists.?! Very frustrating! Everything was fine on this visit except for being told this program has been canceled. More
