Erin, our Service Rep, also quickly resolved a problem we had in connecting a smart phone to the Outback's "Android Auto" GPS navigation feature. The fix was as simple as turning off the phone's "energy savings" option which was apparently preventing the Outback's in dash map display from obtaining GPS data from the phone. Thanks Erin, you really know your stuff! More

Recall visit , but discovered other repairs needed I brought the vehicle in due to a recall on the airbag on the passenger side. But as the third owner, I didn't know the vehicle wasn't serviced at 30 I brought the vehicle in due to a recall on the airbag on the passenger side. But as the third owner, I didn't know the vehicle wasn't serviced at 30,000 miles! Remi explained what repairs were needed, and how long some things could wait. The oil leak and alignment were done same day as the air bag. And he sent an Uber for me when the car was ready. More

They are open with communication, never try to get-on-over-one me. The waiting room is well planned out, and I never feel uncomfortable waiting, like it's a burden, or that staff worries I am watching what they do to my vehicle. Overall great experiences! More
