Shady Had work done that was covered by an extended warranty in which I had a $100 deductible. Bryan told me that the warranty didn't cover everything getting done and I ended up paying approx. $700. The repair took several days so I rented a car which is covered under my warranty, but Bryan told me that the warranty wouldn't cover the rental. For whatever reason the customer is left out of the loop while the warranty company and the dealership discuss the particulars of the service. Come to find out, the warranty company did cover the rental after I challenged them and the reason I had to pay overages is because Bryan's labor hours for the job were more than the allowed amount by All Data. I understand that Bryan can charge whatever they want to do repairs but I should have been informed of the true reason I was going to have to pay more than the $100 deductible so I could have made an informed decision about whether to use Bryan or to have the warranty company provide me with a repair facility that works within their parameters. One of the repairs that was performed in my car didn't work properly and I had to bring the car back in. The last time I brought in my car for service at Bryan was for a recall of the air bag. When I got my car back the power points didn't work. The reason I even gave 2 stars is because Erin was very pleasant and respectful to me. More

I got my car back running like new, no fuss, no problem. There were many opportunities to inconvenience me, make me feel like it was my fault, or shift some of the weight onto me. None of that. very unorganized and no communication between employees I went to get my extra key and plate and was there over two hours while they did recalls. I sat there and sat there and after 45 minutes I ask what was taking so long and they told me they were doing recalls. the least they could have done is told me when I arrived as I had appts to get to. on top of this they forgot to put my plate on and now I have to return a few weeks later I received an email that I had recalls on the car. I called and they had no record ar first about me coming in and said I needed to schedule an appt for the recalls. I knew I had the work done and asked to speak with the manager who never returned my call. after waiting all day I finally called back and they gave me some bs about the service papers had not been filed yet and my paper work was not complete but they found it and in fact the work had been done. very unorganized. had I not pursued it I would have driven back out there and sat while they figured out if the work had indeed been done. very very unorganized! I like my car but the service department needs an overhaul as well as customer service and getting back to customers More
