Attentive service advisor - Remi Dematteo Remi welcomed me immediately, confirmed what services my car needed and if I had any coupons. He informed me service wait may be longer. He kept me informed of service progression. I never felt that I was forgotten. He even followed up on a courtesy call twice when I couldn't find my wheel lock socket. I only wish all of my automotive experiences were this positive. Remi excelled in his job!!! Also,he called my attention to an open recall for the brake switch. More

Excellent customer service I had an unexpected issue with my car and contacted the dealership to ask about bringing it in for service. Charlotte was my first point of contact and she was accommodating and very helpful. When I dropped the car off, Remy greeted me, completed the necessary paperwork efficiently, and communicated with me throughout. The car was fixed and I am very pleased with the entire process. More
