Very communicative, completely frank regarding cost, sourced some of the last OEM replacement parts for my year and model, definitely went the extra mile. I've never had cause to visit a dealer before, nothing so major as this flood occurred before, but will definitely return in a similarly severe car situation. Thanks, y'all! More

Brake lamp switch replacement My warning system was going off intermittently with all systems showing errors. I could resolve it by turning the car off and on. I sent a picture of the error messages to Erin and she saw that the car had a safety recall for the brake lamp switch. She got me in immediately and had the brake lamp switch replaced. I got there about 10-15 min before lunch -- technician agreed to delay lunch to do my brake switch replacement -- that is customer focused !! I drove ~1.25 hrs for this appt -- in lieu of ~20 min to my local dealer. Above explains why. More

Tire repair I was told that my tire could not be repaired by a different repair shop. They wanted to charge me a bunch of money for a new pair of tires. Recall I brought my car in for a recall and they found an issue that I had been bringing up at previous Subaru service centers. They got ahold of me quickly I brought my car in for a recall and they found an issue that I had been bringing up at previous Subaru service centers. They got ahold of me quickly to try and rectify the issue before placing my engine back into the car. Once the car was together they found another unknown issue and again were quick to call me, get me a courtesy vehicle, and they did an amazing job. My car drives brand new again. More
