The sales rep, Orren, listened to my banter and arguments for a few minutes and then gave me facts and figures and a test ride to counter my opinion of the Ascent. Yes, the Pilot was a very good SUV. But dollar for dollar and pound for pound the Ascent beat it out. I chauffeur my grand kids around a good bit and safety is number one. The standard safety features on the Ascent are way beyond anything I had ever dreamed of. Orren, being a lifelong mechanic, was able to explain in terms I could understand, technical features I didn't know existed. When he stepped away from the desk I googled some info he gave me and it confirmed and reinforced his assessment of the Ascent. And the price he offered it to me was better than the offer I was gonna make. With only about 250 miles on it so far it beats my expectations and has amazed my wife and I She just called me from work to tell me about the ride in and explain some new features she discovered. It's gonna be fun. More

Resurrect Flooded 2002 Outback Trey and the service techs at Bryan Subaru resurrected my 2002 Outback zapped in the most recent SWB pump-related floods. Very communicative, complete Trey and the service techs at Bryan Subaru resurrected my 2002 Outback zapped in the most recent SWB pump-related floods. Very communicative, completely frank regarding cost, sourced some of the last OEM replacement parts for my year and model, definitely went the extra mile. I've never had cause to visit a dealer before, nothing so major as this flood occurred before, but will definitely return in a similarly severe car situation. Thanks, y'all! More

Brake lamp switch replacement My warning system was going off intermittently with all systems showing errors. I could resolve it by turning the car off and on. I sent a picture of the error messages to Erin and she saw that the car had a safety recall for the brake lamp switch. She got me in immediately and had the brake lamp switch replaced. Quick Recall Repair I love Bryan Subaru. Their online appt scheduling works great -- get a confirmation AND add to calendar notice ! This was a factory recall repair. I love Bryan Subaru. I got there about 10-15 min before lunch -- technician agreed to delay lunch to do my brake switch replacement -- that is customer focused !! I drove ~1.25 hrs for this appt -- in lieu of ~20 min to my local dealer. Above explains why. More

Tire repair I was told that my tire could not be repaired by a different repair shop. They wanted to charge me a bunch of money for a new pair of tires. Dealership took a look and fixed the problem even though they could have said yeah couldn’t fix it and sold me new tires. I will stay with them for awhile now. More
