Treated me at least as good as my Memphis dealer Briab Guzzardi took on our issue, diagnosed it, fixed it, and had us on our way in about 30 minutes. . Disappointed I brought my 2010 Subaru Forester in last week to get work done and am left unhappy with my service. When I left the lott I noticed a plastic bag was I brought my 2010 Subaru Forester in last week to get work done and am left unhappy with my service. When I left the lott I noticed a plastic bag was thrown in the back of my car, a plastic cap was left on the driver floor mat with the paper mat balled up. I also noticed things from my glove box on the passenger floor mat. None of this was an issue, just found it irritating. I did later notice that the driver side vent was not put back into the dash, pushed back and off centered. I did call and speak to Terry, who has been very kind and understanding, and was told to come in Monday for a quick fix. After I got off the phone, I then noticed the insert for my middle console was moving because one of the arm pieces had been broken off. I’ve been to multiple Subaru’s and always have received top service that I’ve trusted. But now, all these issues together leave me upset, disappointed, and concerned about how my car was treated, and the service I received. It’s a hassle driving back to Metairie and I feel that I won’t be getting anything back for my time or lack of service. I expected better care with the money I spent and am all over dissatisfied. I love driving Subaru’s and proud to own one, but this doesn’t match who I know Subaru to be. More

First Time Subaru Buyer This was my first time purchasing a Subaru, and my first time buying From Bryan Subaru. I first visited Bryan Subaru as an information gathering vi This was my first time purchasing a Subaru, and my first time buying From Bryan Subaru. I first visited Bryan Subaru as an information gathering visit, and spoke with Orren L. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and we spoke about everything I needed to know when considering Subaru. We compared vehicles in Outback's class, as well as different models in the Subaru family. He was a wealth of knowledge and set me up with important insight for my first Subaru purchase. I returned two weeks later, and told Orren I was ready to drive an Outback home today, and he immediately gave me a few options based on what I was looking for. We spoke about the two vehicles at length and went on a test-drive, and Orren went over everything about the vehicle, front-to-back. Once I was ready to buy, Orren set me up with everything I needed and the process was quick and easy. I left with my Subaru Outback the same day and I couldn't be happier. Throughout my entire process with Bryan Subaru and Orren, I never felt pressured to buy or to enter a process I wasn't comfortable with. Orren understood what I wanted, and catered to my needs. Even after my purchase, Orren stayed in contact with me and responded promptly to emails and even phoned me personally to help me with my new purchase. More
