Appears did not check air in my tires. First maintenance. Left dealership, went home about five minutes away, then to Post Office. On way home, air pressure alert came on. Called dealersh First maintenance. Left dealership, went home about five minutes away, then to Post Office. On way home, air pressure alert came on. Called dealership and stated thought air pressure would be checked since tires were rotated. could have been I picked up a nail. Told to bring in suv folliowing day anytime. Got there 8:30 am. Left dealership 2 1/2 hours later. Wait period was too long. Told on checking tires, hole in rght rear passenger tire. Tire plugged. Hope I have better experience with future visits. More

Complimentary check up It took longer than I expected (an hour and a half) I asked for the car wash and was hoping they would vacuum the inside. Overall, a good experience.
