He demonstrated all of the car's features clearly and handled the transaction efficiently. The finance manager was also very friendly and efficient, and we were on our way in much less time than we had expected. More
Terrible First off they couldn't bother to call me to tell me my car was ready. Which I'm pretty sure is exactly what I remember happening the last time I went here. More

I took my car in after the mother's day flooding to get repaired and get a recall taken care of. When I got to the dealership, Remmy was assigned to assist me. He assured me that everything would be taken care of and I had nothing to worry about, that he would let me know how things progress with my repairs and tried to instill confidence in their work. However, this was not the case. I dropped my car off on Tuesday and did not hear from him all week. I contacted my insurance agent and Remmy on Friday to see if they had looked at the car and my agent returned my call the same day. However, I did not hear from Remmy. I waited 11 days and did not hear from them. I figured repairs would take a while, and there was still no word from Remmy on updates, so I gave them a call just to get an estimate. I was told by the receptionist that Remmy said he needed to talk to the technicians and he would call me "right back". I did not hear from him for 3 days. I was patiently waiting for that call but I figured 3 days was enough time to give him so I called again. The receptionist then told me that she spoke to Remmy and he estimated the car would be ready the next day and that Remmy would call me back to give me an update. There was no call from Remmy. I was very busy and Friday came and went, now it was the following Monday. Again, the receptionist answered and tried to get Remmy on the phone. Instead, she came back and told me, "Remmy just spoke with the technician and said that there was a part they had been waiting on but that it should be ready tomorrow" which was a Tuesday. I told her I was not getting off the phone until I spoke with Remmy myself. He got on the phone and very rudely he immediately stated, "Hi, like I told her, we are waiting on a part for the airbags and the car should be ready in the next couple of days" THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS. So did he have his receptionist lie to me?? He then proceeded to say he would call me when it was ready, I told him I was not going to be able to pick up the car in the next couple of days but I would appreciate it if he could call me when it was done. He didn't call me, and it had been 8 more days. When I finally got back from my trip (one month since dropping my car off) I called again to see if it was ready. FINALLY it was ready and I told him I would be there in an hour. When I got there he apologized but I really don't think he cared. When I got the car back the seats were still a mess and after the first rain my car smelled a bit like mildew. Now I have to get it professionally cleaned because they didn't do a thorough job. Sure, they replaced the necessary parts but didn't go that one last step they should have to make it right. All my other roommates cars were also flooded and their dealerships detailed their cars so well they looked brand new. I am never going back to this dealership for anything. I would rather have my car towed hundreds of miles to a better dealership if necessary. More
Likes to rip people off I bought a Cadillac from this dealership. The advertised price on the internet, they would not honor. The car, 1 week later had no oil on the dipstick and the air filter was very dirty. I have made numerous attempts to contact salesperson and finance guy and they still have not responded to my issues. More

When locking my car, the key stopped making the car Beep to indicate its locked 2. When approaching my locked car, the outside rearview mirrors used to light up, but now they don't. The dealership completed everything in little over an hour, but couldn't figure out how to re-instate the lighted rear view mirrors when approaching the locked car..... After a total of 2 1/2 hours, I decided I had to leave, without having the problem resolved. Disappointed, since this was one of the features that did impress me with the Crosstrek. More
