Thought I had a battery issue Turned out to be a loose ground cable probably done when I had some body work. They checked battery and alternator, but did not stop there. Found Turned out to be a loose ground cable probably done when I had some body work. They checked battery and alternator, but did not stop there. Found the loose cable and the truck light turned on. Another unique thing was I could not move front passenger's window up or down from driver side. Happens when battery is disconnected; Richard showed me how to reset computer option to fix. Good job, good folks More
Excellent Service I brought my car in for regular service. I asked the Service Tech about aligning the hood because it came new from the factory with the hood out of I brought my car in for regular service. I asked the Service Tech about aligning the hood because it came new from the factory with the hood out of alignment. The dealership where I purchased the car couldn't fix it. They said that they would have to send it to a body shop. But apparently, someone in your service department was familiar with the adjustment tabs and was able to realign the hood. I was very pleased. More
Courteous and professional I had to bring my Subaru in for a recall. The staff was expedient, courteous, and professional. Bryan Guzzardi - best service management Arrived a little early for service on my car (driver mirror was broken), and decided to go in to let him know I was there. He immediately processed the service order and my car was taken in for service early. I was pleased it was done early, but then the mirror wasn't working correctly, so he drove it back to the service department and had them fix the problem.
