Worsening of a squeaking of the divers side seat. I was in the area. I did not have an appointment when I arrived. I stopped by to see if I needed or could possibly get one. After explaining the problem to Richard my service representative, my Outback was immediately accepted. The rail on which the seat tracks was significantly rusted. This was replaced. The problem was resolved. I was not charged for the services. I was amazed and really relieved to say the least.
