Warranty not honored, overpriced rip off I took my 2002 Montero XLS to you guys in November 2013. I had a broken left side view mirror, needed new brake pads, and the hoses connected to my ra I took my 2002 Montero XLS to you guys in November 2013. I had a broken left side view mirror, needed new brake pads, and the hoses connected to my radiator needed replacing. With these repairs and others including a new battery, my bill came to about 2200 dollars, with 800 dollars for labor. I picked up my car in December. The next day, the mirror you all replaced fell off my car, and I brought it back to be fixed. I did not drive my car again until February, when I was able to renew my insurance policy. When I drove it again, I noticed it made funny noises when turning. When you all replaced my brake pads, you failed to tighten my CV Joints. I brought the car back to solve this issue. The mechanic claimed he test drove the vehicle and heard no noise, but all he did was drive into the garage, making no turns, and not even going 20 MPH. I demanded that he get in the vehicle while I drove it around the block, going 20 MPH. He agreed with me about my CV Joints and fixed it. A month later, my car overheated and broke down. I had an ASE Certified mechanic check my car, and he said the hoses you attached to my radiator had corroded. I bought the vehicle back again and they fixed it. On July 17th 2014, my battery died. I had it jumped by Pop-A-Lock. They tested my alternator as well and said it was normal. The next day, my car did not start. I had my car examined by the same ASE certified mechanic, and he thought my battery was a bad cell. He decided to verify his readings, took the battery out of my vehicle to Auto Zone,and had it tested there, where they also said the battery was a bad cell. I called and asked if I could bring the battery in to be tested and replaced without the vehicle, as I have a 5 yr warranty on the battery. I spoke with Erin. She said I could, but after they tested the battery, they told my mechanic they would not honor my warranty without the car. When I brought my car in, they said my battery was fine and threatened to call the police on my boyfriend. You guys refused to honor my warranty. I feel as if you all saw a young female and took advantage of me when I needed my car serviced. Most of the work you did was completed incorrectly. Your staff is rude. They knew I'm a young student paying with loans and took advantage of me instad of helping me. This is unjust treatment, and I can't even imagine what you all must pull on your other customers as well. More

I felt like I was working with friends. Erin also kept giving me loaner cars and made sure I got to drive for a week or so the model i was interested in. I loved it so much I bought one and Erin was so helpful directing me to the sales department. Nothing but love to their service department. More

My wife wishes that I could explain things as "calmly and clearly" as Rex. Jeremy, a service department writer, came to Rex's office at the conclusion of the purchase to meet my wife and me, and to answer any questions. I had a couple of questions about motor oil and engine characteristics. Jeremy answered the questions very well, with knowledge, interest, and an engaging manner. Mr. Daigle, the finance manager, was easy going, yet very efficient. He was friendly, conversant, and helpful. The process was smooth, and there were no surprises. In short, the whole buying experience was relaxed, enjoyable, and without any pressure at all. I am keen to spot issues, but I found none at Bryan Subaru. More
Rex and Greg did not try to hard sell me anything. They answered my questions and added pertinent information.
