Service The customer service was great, however, I'm a previous owner of a Nissan and when I went in to get an oil change the tire rotation was apart of the o The customer service was great, however, I'm a previous owner of a Nissan and when I went in to get an oil change the tire rotation was apart of the oil change. When I brought my vehicle to Subaru for my first oil change one of the workers asked if I wanted my tires rotated. I said yes, not knowing that I would be charged an additional $29.99. I just feel he should have stressed that the tire rotation would be extra. In his conversation he said it as if it was included which was misleading. More

Service was fine but they lost my key. Service was acceptable overall, but they did lose my key. They offered me a loaner and the the key miraculously reappeared in the key box the next mo Service was acceptable overall, but they did lose my key. So to be fair, they did the best they could in the situation. Therefore, overall I can't say it was an "awesome" experience because of the time waste and key issue, but it was otherwise good. More
