Jeff was extremely helpful and went the extra mile for me to get my Outback back on the road, as I was traveling from Texas to Florida. I also loved how John was not pushy about getting a sale the day I took my test drive. He did check on us and was understanding of our time table. I would absolutely recommend getting a Subaru to everyone I know as I am obsessed with my Ascent and they would have to absolutely get it at Bryan! More

Service was fine but they lost my key. Service was acceptable overall, but they did lose my key. They offered me a loaner and the the key miraculously reappeared in the key box the next mo Service was acceptable overall, but they did lose my key. They offered me a loaner and the the key miraculously reappeared in the key box the next morning. The next day they offered to come to me to swap out the cars. So to be fair, they did the best they could in the situation. Therefore, overall I can't say it was an "awesome" experience because of the time waste and key issue, but it was otherwise good. More

Just average BC it's normally so great.... but not this time This service appointment left me kinda bummed. Upon arrival I was clear that I needed to be done by a certain time. That didn't happen. I had also arranged for a hitch to be installed and had planned for a long visit with plenty of time, but still ran over. I was told they were just finishing up and having a manager get my paperwork together (I had a mysubaru.com discount to apply) and that took an oddly long time. It could have also been taken care of in the 3 1/2 hours I was waiting. Also they had added a misc $30 to my invoice. With no initial agreement to do so or reasonable explanation. They removed it when asked and said it shouldn't be there... no kidding. I also was sold paintless dent removal when I puchased the car and asked about a couple of very small spots to be addressed. Basically they had no idea how to handle this. The service desk didn't know. The manager then came to speak to me in the waiting area and had to go look it up. Apparently it is not something they actually provide and have to send out for that and only on tuesdays. So I guess next time I will just be sure my appointment is on a tuesday. The salesman who sold me my car was there and was friendly and remembered me. That was great. More
