Extras like washing your car, taking the time to answer my questions in detail, Perks to me overall include prompt & fast service, nice waiting area & refreshments. A suggestion to improve would be to drop by waiting area and give customer progress update on service lasting longer than an hour or longer than expected. This has been done on occasion, but perhaps a routine practice would make otherwise great service excellent. A suggestions for Subaru overall would be to maybe say something like, "while you're waiting for your car, why not drop by and talk to one of our salesmen to check out the new year models & features, or by the financing agent if you have any questions about leasing vs. purchasing, current or new financing options", etc. More
