A suggestion to improve would be to drop by waiting area and give customer progress update on service lasting longer than an hour or longer than expected. This has been done on occasion, but perhaps a routine practice would make otherwise great service excellent. A suggestions for Subaru overall would be to maybe say something like, "while you're waiting for your car, why not drop by and talk to one of our salesmen to check out the new year models & features, or by the financing agent if you have any questions about leasing vs. purchasing, current or new financing options", etc. More

Service The customer service was great, however, I'm a previous owner of a Nissan and when I went in to get an oil change the tire rotation was apart of the o The customer service was great, however, I'm a previous owner of a Nissan and when I went in to get an oil change the tire rotation was apart of the oil change. When I brought my vehicle to Subaru for my first oil change one of the workers asked if I wanted my tires rotated. I said yes, not knowing that I would be charged an additional $29.99. I just feel he should have stressed that the tire rotation would be extra. In his conversation he said it as if it was included which was misleading. More
