Happy with the new Forester Bryan got for me! My old 2012 Forester had some bad fluke issues, I had hoped to keep it a few more years, but the repairs and outlook looked grim. While the old car was being examined and we were all trying to get a diagnosis, I was generously given a loaner, a 2020 model, and I was impressed with the new features. ( I did submit a claim to the Subaru National Contact because of the unusual problems with my car - and after their review, I was given a coupon with a value to put towards the purchase of a new Subaru, as a loyalty compensation.) After the cost of repairs came in, it seemed too much to spend on the old car - I was impressed with the changes in the car since my old purchase. Greg was great in trying to order what I liked - the chosen car we ordered was not to come in until mid February, but I was still allowed to still use the loaner in the meantime, I was thankful for that. Locally we did not have the color I preferred, and he then found "my" car in Baton Rouge and we got it well before the end of January. I felt I was treated fairly and with care by all of you - and I am happy with the new car! More
Great service and quick. My car needed its basic service and had three recalls. They provided me with a loaner. I got in and out of there in 15 minutes. Same for the return. Resolution of a Transmission Issue on a 2011 Subaru Outback After consulting Subaru of America about faulty shifting in the CVT between what ordinarily would be 1st and 2nd gears in a 2011 Outback with 12,000+ After consulting Subaru of America about faulty shifting in the CVT between what ordinarily would be 1st and 2nd gears in a 2011 Outback with 12,000+ miles, I was directed to the service advisor at Bryan Subaru. The contact with the national office was most helpful. At the dealership Mr. Elvey brought in a technician who rode with me to observe the difficulty in the transmission. It was determined that a new transmission would be needed. While SOA could not participate in payment for the transmission and its installation, it offered an incentive for a new Subaru at any time I chose to acquire one. The dealership provided transportation for me. The new transmission as of 24 hours ago is working fine. While there, Mr. Elvey arranged for the airbag recall service. I highly recommend Bryan Subaru for its courteous and helpful staff as well as for its competent service on the vehicles. This is the third time in 7 year that I have been more than satisfied with Bryan's service. More

I had special caps on my tire air valves and they were broken whoever broke them did not even take what was left off and did not put regular ones on. Very disappointed and unprofessional. Overall good experience, some room for improvement I've been here a number of times, usually happy with my visits. This last time they were still very courteous and outlined my options. After the work I've been here a number of times, usually happy with my visits. This last time they were still very courteous and outlined my options. After the work was finished, I noticed some things were properly connected and had to bring it back. Quick fix (A+) but then I also noticed that the car had grease smudges on the fabric ceiling from the work they did and certain interior pieces were not reinstalled to a tight fit like they were before. More
