We discu UPDATED REVIEW! I sincerely apologize. After placing my previous review, I was immediately contacted by the service manager, Jason Gullo. We discussed the bill for the radio upgrade and I learned that I was misunderstanding the bill. I was wrong and I apologetically told Mr. Gullo that I acted in haste and should have called them first to clarify the charges. As before, he was professional and friendly, and I feel just awful. He even offered to refund the $100 for the update. Bryan Subaru did an awesome job! I was mistaken, so I will not accept the refund.
