Consistently great service As always, my service experience with Bryan Subaru was great. I was in for my 30K service. There were a few (expensive) extra services recommended and I did not feel pressured by Richard to have them done immediately (ultimately I did take care of all of it). I was even offered a loaner car since the service would be several hours. Jason, as always, provided comic relief. The service receptionist was also exceptionally inviting! This was a warm, friendly place even in the midst of the COVID19 pandemic. More

We discu UPDATED REVIEW! I sincerely apologize. After placing my previous review, I was immediately contacted by the service manager, Jason Gullo. We discussed the bill for the radio upgrade and I learned that I was misunderstanding the bill. I was wrong and I apologetically told Mr. Gullo that I acted in haste and should have called them first to clarify the charges. As before, he was professional and friendly, and I feel just awful. He even offered to refund the $100 for the update. Bryan Subaru did an awesome job! I was mistaken, so I will not accept the refund.
