There were a few (expensive) extra services recommended and I did not feel pressured by Richard to have them done immediately (ultimately I did take care of all of it). I was even offered a loaner car since the service would be several hours. Jason, as always, provided comic relief. The service receptionist was also exceptionally inviting! This was a warm, friendly place even in the midst of the COVID19 pandemic. More

We discu UPDATED REVIEW! I sincerely apologize. After placing my previous review, I was immediately contacted by the service manager, Jason Gullo. We discussed the bill for the radio upgrade and I learned that I was misunderstanding the bill. I was wrong and I apologetically told Mr. Gullo that I acted in haste and should have called them first to clarify the charges. As before, he was professional and friendly, and I feel just awful. He even offered to refund the $100 for the update. Bryan Subaru did an awesome job! I was mistaken, so I will not accept the refund. 30 month service They took my car right away, explained which services would be done for the 30 month check-up and finished in a timely manner. Everything was not addressed at service. I told the service writer that I had an alert come up on the multifunction screen. When I drive the car. When the service was finished the man that gave me the keys I asked if the issue was addressed. He went out to the car and came back and said the issue was taken care of.. It is not. I keep getting the message. "THE SOFTWARE NEEDS TO BE UPDATED". It is an 1 1/2 hour drive to your dealership. Now what?!?!?!?! More
