Refused to apply $25 detail to my service but offered to the next person. I arrived asking for the oil change service and Was told I “needed” over $500 of maintenance. Instead of recommending and allowing m the next person. I arrived asking for the oil change service and Was told I “needed” over $500 of maintenance. Instead of recommending and allowing me to choose it was presented as if the maintenance alert on my car revealed that when later I found out it did not. Dropped my car off at 8:30 and called at 1:30 to see what was taking so long and they said it was finished. I had not been notified. A virtual maintenance app was sent to check the status of my car and was never updated. I mentioned to the service provider that I recently purchased my car and may have financial coverage through the dealer. Staff went on to tell me “the dealers money was not good and they could not take IOUs and they better use a corporate card etc”. As a new customer this was TMI and offensive. When I got the invoice all the notes stated that “the customer stated etc or the customer requested etc” which was fabricated. As a working mom and student who is on a budget requiring that I receive two costly services, $200 a piece, is unreasonable and inconsiderate. More
