Carl Washington made this experience satisfactory by displaying good customer service. When I dropped the van off, he was there to greet me and he gave me updates on the van periodically. **WARNING** make sure you don't get ripped off as I did. The dealer did not honor the TruCar internet deal. Added $2995 worth of dealer options (actual worth $500) on a Honda Civic EX without my consent. Th The dealer did not honor the TruCar internet deal. Added $2995 worth of dealer options (actual worth $500) on a Honda Civic EX without my consent. The GM reluctantly gave a 50% reduction on the dealer options after he spoke to the TruCar resolution team (The GM basically said , someone made a mistake and did not add accessories in the TruCar deal). What I was told was they (dealer) can add any option to the vehicle, price it and the customers have no option but to pay for it. I had driven all the way from Raleigh to Fayetteville as we wanted a Black Honda Civic and the TruCar deal was great. I have lodged an official complaint with North America Honda. This was my last Honda purchase (sadly , yes I had to purchase it because my son needed a car). Yesterday, Honda lost a customer for life. Note: Paul White in sales who assisted us is a great guy and tried his best. Rest of the staff was wonderful as well. More

Everything was great. They let me know when the car was was arriving and keep in touch with me. In other words, I didn’t have to keep calling them.
