Great customer service from all staff except for the finance officer...He had a bad attitude with me, my wonderful sales consultant and another sales consultant that was present. My deal was a trade in finance officer...He had a bad attitude with me, my wonderful sales consultant and another sales consultant that was present. My deal was a trade in with cash to pay for the vehicle. I returned to the dealership with over 4000.00 in cash and did not feel comfortable taking that much cash out at the cashier window so my sale consultant asked the finance officer if he would verify the money in his office and take it over to the cashier and get my receipt. After my sales consultant addressed my concerns, he reluctantly agreed but his attitude was so bad. I told him if it was a problem with him counting my money give it back and i would go the bank and get a cashiers check ( I really just wanted to get my hands on my money and leave) He told me it was to late he had ready started counting. I really got angry and looked at my sales consultant who kinda looked away in what I thought was disgust. He and the sales manager had been so helpful in helping me select the car that fit my needs as I came in looking at Civics but ending up purchasing an Accord. I thought to myself ....don't let this idiot ruin a great deal and we walked out of his office. Maybe he was having a bad day or maybe that's just him. I don't know but he definitely needs some customer service training. Otherwise my experience was outstanding, I'm from Fayetteville and my family bought cars when the dealership was known as Bryan Pontiac Cadillac. Most recently my sister purchased a Civic from you. I rated you 5 stars because of the customer care I got from my sales consultant and the Sales Manager. More

First, Ms. Awesome, Andrea, can only be described as awesome. The car buying process can be one of the most tedious, stressful situations that one can go throug Awesome, Andrea, can only be described as awesome. The car buying process can be one of the most tedious, stressful situations that one can go through, however, I never once felt any ounce of anxiety working with Ms. Awesome. She was transparent and honest throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything each step of the way. She listened to what we were looking for and never tried to steer us toward anything we were not interested in. If I am completely honest I have never worked with someone who was so personable, honest, and knowledgeable. I will continue to bring my business to Bryan Honda and that is all because of Ms. Awesome. She deserves way more than 5 stars. She should be considered an extremely valuable asset to the Honda company.
