I found my 2008 HONDA CRV EX AT CARS.COM. I then contacted the dealership to find out more on the vehicle. I was directed to mr. I live in Cary, NC and called on a Friday evening at 7pm. We closed the deal over the phone in 5 minutes. Reginer had the best price and gave me options on financing to obtain the lowest cost. Picked up the car on Saturday. No pressure to add additional features/accessories when Reginer knew that we just wanted the base EX-L-NAVI. What makes a Dealer great is its sales people. I can honestly say that Leonard McGrue meets that criteria. I hope sales managers take notice of this and stop just thinking about the sale and the number honestly say that Leonard McGrue meets that criteria. I must say that as many times as I have experienced a pushy dealership and was very frustrated I must admit they were by far superior (job well done.) I met a very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable sales consultant, Reginer Thompson...well, I have to say I was impressed. Not only did she (& Brian Martin)get me a very pretty car with extras but sealed a great deal by lowering my interest rate, a better finance company, and a brand new 2012 Honda Civic EX. What put the icing on the cake is when she offered me lunch. I highly recommend Reginer Thompson and Brian Martin they far exceeded my expectation. God bless. More

We drove from Chapel Hill to Fayetteville to purchase a 2011 CRV-EX on the last day of Honda's 2011 special finance deal (0.9% -- can't beat that!). I checked several dealerships as the car I wanted seemed 2011 CRV-EX on the last day of Honda's 2011 special finance deal (0.9% -- can't beat that!). I checked several dealerships as the car I wanted seemed to be in short supply on short notice. I sent an email and IMMEDIATELY got a response back from Salesman Kevin McGirt at Bryan Honda. He supplied me with some helpful info but I wanted to check other dealers too. The local dealership would not give me a "rock bottom price" unless I "came in and talked to the sales manager." Another dealership replied to only my first email, and when I called back, they were sort of rude. So back to Kevin at Bryan Honda. Again, right on the ball, via email, he supplied me with info on the CRV I was looking for, all the prices (list price, his discount price, out-the-door price, what my monthly payments would be. Everything I needed to make a decision). We drove to Fayetteville the next morning(actually a nice drive through the country), and were very glad we did. Everyone was so nice at Bryan Honda. They already had the paperwork under way, so it was a very painless process. Wish they were closer, I would use their service department! Our financing was handled by David Johnson. Even though there was a slight glitch with my credit score, he secured the promised discounted financing from American Honda Finance Corp. Then, he actually took the time to go through my credit report with us and offer helpful tips on how to up my score -- no one has ever done that for me -- not even the banks!! He was pretty funny too :-) They weren't pushy at all -- just very helpful. Kevin was so polite and being a former Army Sargeant, he basically "spit shined" our new CRV before he would allow us to leave the lot. All on New Years Eve Day. A brand new beautiful Honda CRV is a great way to start the new year. I will always consider Bryan Honda in Fayetteville, even if it is a drive from our home town. They were just GREAT!!!! More

We will go to this dealer first from now on even though it is a two hour drive from our home. Steve Leavell sold us a nice vehicle, at a nice price, with an itemized cost up front, by answering all of our questions before the sale, and taking care of an intermittent problem after the sale. He treated us with respect and genuine friendliness. I believe this whole dealership cares about offering a good car at a good price and giving good service afterwards. They want repeat customers and they have just earned another one. More
