This was my first car and my first choice was a Honda Civic. I emailed pretty much every Honda dealer within 50 miles of Durham asking for their best price on a Civic and saying I will buy by the end of Civic. Many other dealers played games, but eventually came to what they said was their best price. Two of my friends who bought cars at Bryan Honda, referred me to Reginer Thompson. Without a doubt, Reginer made this car purchase experience the best. Reginer asked me what would it take to put me in a car from her and I named her an out the door price that was a few hundred lower than the best offer from the other dealers. She didn’t hesitate a moment. Other dealers refused to go that low and claimed that the price was impossible. Most importantly, I didn’t have had to visit her even once. She offered to deliver the car at my home. She diligently did all the paper works over the phone. I just had to sign them at the comfort of my home. This was an amazing experience. The biggest problem we had though was that the waiting time for financing was way to long It would be much more time efficient if we were told in the beginning that it had to be long wait then we would have make our kids feed them beceause they were getting hungry and very annoying our salesperson had ready my car in 2hours and we wait for financing almost 4hours .
