I have always had great service on my '06 Honda Pilot from Bryan Honda, and recently decided to trade it in for a newer one. We have worked with Ron twice within two years and have not been disappointed. He is not only a good guy to be around, he also knows his cars. I usually would not trust a car salesman, but Ron Garcia makes car buying a great experience and you feel like he “has your back”. He works with you to make you feel comfortable with how much you want to spend. He actually considers you in the purchase which can be rare these days. This was my third visit to Bryan Honda since I settled in Fayetteville back in 2009, where I had previously purchased two brand new Honda Civic Hybrid. Andy had assisted me in the past with my second Civic; Fayetteville back in 2009, where I had previously purchased two brand new Honda Civic Hybrid. Andy had assisted me in the past with my second Civic; ironically enough, he called me last week to ask me about my experience with the car, and invite me to a special event at the dealership. I then expressed my desire to purchase a new car, and we agreed on a day for me to visit, while they still had their Labor Day sales event. I went in as agreed, where Andy was waiting for me. He allocated all afternoon and early evening to assist me, from test driving the car, to covering everything I needed to know about the car, its functions, pricing (price comparison with similar competitive cars), financing, etc.. He even went out of his way driving me back to the airport to drop-off the rental car I had picked-up the night before. I can only say that he is an excellent salesman, extremely friendly, accommodating, patient, someone I would definitely recommend and ask to assist me again in the future. More
