This is the most important factor affecting our review. The biggest problem we had though was that the waiting time for financing was way to long It would be much more time efficient if we were told in the beginning that it had to be long wait then we would have make our kids feed them beceause they were getting hungry and very annoying our salesperson had ready my car in 2hours and we wait for financing almost 4hours . Anyways, the salesperson we were contacting, Leonard McGrue Internet Sales Specialist at Bryan Honda Fayetteville nc, was very friendly and helpful me during the whole car buying process. We appreciate his honesty and hard work.Bryan Honda is the best place to by a Honda around. I came from cary/apex because I was able to get a much better deal! We recently had an engine failure on on of our older vehicles and were in need of finding something fast. We have never owned a Honda but have family members who are life-long Honda owners. So we have heard the sermon of high quality and long service for many years. We had planned to trade the older vehicle in the Spring, so we had researched vehicles and settled on the CR-V. I like to walk into a dealership with the feeling that I have the upper-hand in the soon to happen negotiating process. To say I felt vulnerable that night is an understatement. So at 5:30 PM on a cold rainy December night I walked into the showroom certain that no deal would be made that night. We met with Reginer and told her what we were looking for - in detail. She had the vehicle sitting in the service bay in 10 minutes. It would have been easy for her take advantage of our reduced negotiating status and bring in a vehicle with more options than we were looking for, she did not do that. We drove the CR-V and loved it. I had to keep telling the wife to not get too excited because the hook is coming soon. Reginer gave us a great price and we accepted with no hassle. We went to see Bryan McLaurin to inquire about financing options. Again on the way, I whisper to my wife - you know we are not going to buy a new car tonight, right?
