He stayed with us through the whole process to make sure that everything was accomplished to the highest standard. I think the main thing about Ron was that he was there to assist us, he was not there to make a buck, and he wanted to make sure that we were kept care of. He was there not only to represent himself, but Bryan Honda and Honda as a whole. His personal character is similar to the four C’s in leadership, those being competence, candor, courage and commitment. His competence showed through his knowledge and understanding to be able to help us obtain our goal, His candor encouraged excellent dialogue and discussion with us, his courage was to have a clear purpose and goal in mind, that being to help us. The internet sales person who orginally worked with me on the pricing for the new 2013 Honda Pilot was great. The problem I had was getting the run around on my trade-in from the manager. I actually left the the pricing for the new 2013 Honda Pilot was great. The problem I had was getting the run around on my trade-in from the manager. I actually left the dealership because I did not agree with the trade-in price in which the manager offered a price under black book, KBB, & Edmunds. This would not have caused me to complain but the fact that they called me to return on a reasonable offer, and when I went back to the dealership they went down another thousand dollars from the offer given over the phone. This wasted my time and my gas. I am a military member and would not reccommend this dealership to anyone in the community. More

Steve Leavell is a great person. Steve cares about each of his customers and helps to select the vehicle they want and need. Then Steve gets the best price avaliable by looking for rebates and incentives t of his customers and helps to select the vehicle they want and need. I saw a commercial for honda and hadn't yet even considered a honda as an option, i went to the honda website which put me in contact with Steve Leavell. After a few emails, Steve invited me to the dealership to further discuss MY needs and to let me see if any of their cars could satisfy my demands. Steve was very knowledgable with the cars, let us test drive the car he had that was what i was originally looking at, and he even made the suggestion of a newer, similarly priced honda with more of the safety features i was interested in. I never felt pressured to buy anything, and was never presented anything that wasn't based around what I was looking for. i ended up getting the Newer Civic, and Steve was able to get me a great price!! i couldn't be happier, and can't say enough great things about Steve and his service!!!
