We are a military family, we were stationed at Fort Bragg and purchased our first Honda a few years back. Since I purchased the vehicle he has been readily available for service after the sale. Most salesman can sell a car but after the sale, they solicit the customer to other departments. Not Theodore he handles his clients and takes full responsibility after the sell. Two thumbs up for Theodore, I would buy another vehicle from him. He is an Outstanding salesman! More

My mother and I are probably two of the most difficult customers a car salesman can have, and poor Mr. Shawn Walker had his work cut out for him on Wednesday. Luckily we used to go to the same church, so I knew Mr. Walker was a good Christian and a very patient person lol. So after taking up a couple hours of his time with test drives, carfax reports, and several reassurances that the used vehicles we were looking at had been through an extensive service inspection and safety and emissions inspection by the service department, we ended up purchasing a 2004 Nissan Sentra for me. We were happy that Shawn was able to do exactly what we asked, answered all of our questions, and get us an out-the-door price which actually saved us a couple thousand that we didn't have to spend after all. In the midst of picking Shawn's brain about the used vehicles we were deciding between, a sharp, dressed guy came by the desk and introduced himself shaking me and my mother's hand. He asked how our experience was going so far and assuring us we were in good hands, and if we needed anything to let him know. He walks away and I ask Shawn "Um who was that? Is that one of the sales managers or something?". And Shawn replies, "No silly, that was the General Manager Tim Roussell lol!". I immediately was shocked and impressed because Mr. Roussell was so personable and nice. Not only that, but coming from working in the car business myself, I was shocked to see him walking around the showroom greeting customers, shaking hands, and just not being cooped up in a dungeon somewhere hiding behind a computer all day lol!!! I couldn't stop thinking wow what a nice atmosphere for the customers and the employees to be in, this is awesome! So after meeting the GM I was very excited about finishing my process in my first car-buying experience. Not only did Shawn make me and my mother feel comfortable and important, but to see a GM treat us that way as well made us realize we were meant to stop by Bryan Honda that day. Shoot, even the finance manager we sat with Mr. David Johnson, he also made my first experience with signing paperwork for a car just as pleasant and comfortable even though it was just a cash deal. He treated us with the same respect and attention to detail on all paperwork as he would for a customer with a finance deal, which I very much appreciated. He even walked with us back to the cashier window to swipe the card for the total on the vehicle, gave us our receipt copy, and walked us back to the showroom and waited with us until Shawn came back from putting the temp tag on my car. Overall, it was a great first car-buying experience for me, and I would recommend Bryan Honda to any and everybody that's looking for a new or used car. They have a great attitude, clearly the employees enjoy working there with smiles on their faces, and they treat the customers how they would want to be treated, which is how every dealership should be. Thank you Shawn Walker for being able to put up with my mother and I (I know it wasn't easy lol) and for making us feel special and important as people, not just as another car sale to add to your total for the month lol. Thank you David Johnson for making the paperwork process super easy and relaxing for me. Thank you Mr. Roussell for making me feel appreciated for my business and wanted there on Wednesday. And lastly again, thanks one more time to Shawn Walker for being a trooper and I would recommend him as a salesperson to all my friends and family or even Joe Schmoe on the street to buy a car from lol. We were looking for a nice van to traveling. We looked at a couple of Dealers in Columbia, SC to include a Honda Dealer. We knew that Joe Davis was employed at a Honda Dealer in NC and that we could trust hi a couple of Dealers in Columbia, SC to include a Honda Dealer. We knew that Joe Davis was employed at a Honda Dealer in NC and that we could trust him to to be honest with us. Richard called him to discuss what he was in the market for. Mr Davis called him to advise him what was available, with the asking price. Additionally he sent pictures of the vehicle to assist Richard in making an informed decision. We drove to NC to the Dealership to determine if we were interested in the vehicle that we had viewed in the photos. Upon our arrival, Mr Davis was still in the process of getting the vehicle ready for, I suppose, preview. Mr Davis was very professional and courteous. It was obvious that he was eager to make our experience pleasant as well as have us purchase the Honda. When we saw the Honda Odyssey, it was clean and my husband was obviously pleased. Mr Davis accompanied us to his office and introduced us to the person who was the financial component of the transaction if we made the decision to purchase the vehicle. This gentleman was very pleasant. Again Mr Davis went over everything, in detail, with us. We made the decision to purchase the vehicle. Mr Davis has to be a real asset to Bryan Honda because his customer service can only be rated as an A+. We will definitely recommend this Dealership to family and friends who express an interest in purchasing a Honda. He has afforded us with follow up courtesy calls to determine our satisfaction with the Honda. Richard has been very satisfied thus far. Evelyn R Ramsey. Purchasing a vehicle can be very stressful and when you get into the dealership it is even more nerve wrecking. I hate being forced to do anything I am not prepared to do or having numbers thrown from all get into the dealership it is even more nerve wrecking. So here goes, my daughter recently graduated from college and moved back home. I know it's time to get her her FIRST car which I was not to quick about. Don't get me wrong she is good kid very responsible and extremely smart the car was well overdue but I'm having a hard time letting go. My daughter and my son and I decided we would go car LOOKING meaning we are going to look and no one is going to try to convince me otherwise the plan was to stay together. Got to the dealer and started looking around which was good because we wanted to look without any one breathing down our necks. They had the grill going chicken hamburgers, hotdogs the works, right then and there they got my 10 yr old son's attention so he's sold. While looking my daughter and I are now having questions that we need answered I immediately put on my puzzled look and said to her now lets see how long it's going to take some one to acknowledge us. Shawn Walker came by in our direction at the right time introduced himself and told us he'll be right back (he was walking back towards the building with another worker) From the minute he presented himself he was very friendly and respectful, he kept adding a Ms to my first name which sounded strange at first but was ok. I straight up told him we are just looking he said ok. He had a great rapport with my son and my daughter talking about college and stuff that showed interest and concern. Even though I was the one getting the car for her he also made her feel comfortable and involved in the decision that was been made. We went for the test drive and the conversation continued there was never an awkward moment he was very genuine. We got back to the dealer and before you know it we are purchasing my daughter's first car great deal and all. I enjoyed the experience so much i told them I would be back for a trade in. The thing I admired about Shawn is if you ask a question and he don't have the answer he'll tell you he don't know but he can find out and he actually follow thru with it.
