Dee went above and beyond to help us with our trade-in and purchase of a new Honda Odyssey. I would reccommend her service as a sales professional and Bryan Honda to any one I meet. Ron was gracious enough to help with some of the final details to help us on our way. This is the fourth car that we have purchased from Bryan Honda and while the circumstances surrounding the need for a trade weren't the best, Dee and the rest of the team made it a pleasant experience. I honestly felt the "family" experience of the team while we were there and we will always be a Bryan Honda family. Thank you to Dee for all that you have done for us. Mr. Bennett was very patient with me,as it took 3 days for me to make my purchase of my new Accord,however, he did give me one of the best bogus lines I've ever heard. Basically I was told that when you for me to make my purchase of my new Accord,however, he did give me one of the best bogus lines I've ever heard. Basically I was told that when you purchase a new car at a discounted price, upon trading in the car it is now only originally worth the "discounted price" versus the sticker price as far as valuation. That's one of the best lines I & others I've spoken to, have ever heard. Very creative & probably convincing to an ignorant consumer, but also total BULL CRAP !!!!!!!!!!!! But definitely a good one. Basically I was told "Where do you think the $ for the discount comes from? From the value of the car. So , it will affect the trade-in value because the dealers keep records. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG Don't let that one fool you !!! The car is worth what it's worth, as soon as the car "leaves the curb" it is devalued by probably around $5000.00, because it becomes a used car. However, the original purchase price has NOTHING to do with future valuations !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Although we have bought several cars through Bryan Honda we still receive the same courtesy for every car. We recommend them to all our firends. Great experiance, came in with USAA pricing and no issues. Test drive with Mark was great and he explained all the features in the Honda Civic line and the EX which we purchased. This was the simplest no hassle car purchase I can ever remember experiencing. I have bought MANY cars in my life. I've been looking for a while preparing for purchasing a car right after closing on my hou remember experiencing. I have bought MANY cars in my life. I've been looking for a while preparing for purchasing a car right after closing on my house that I sold. I went to many dealers Kia, Hyundai and a large Honda dealer in Raleigh NC and the problem was that I couldn't pick the car up until closing and I needed to find the right car, negotiate the purchase and be able to put a deposit with a pickup about 2 weeks later. No one wanted to do that for me. I decided to reach out and expand my search and found Bryan Honda. I wrote an email that was very quickly answered by a fantastic sales person named Steve Leavell. I told him about my unique situation and he presented it to management and they said " No Problem, we can help you!".. So I made the 75 mile drive to Fayetteville to check out their new and used inventory. When I arrived Steve was with another customer and another very friendly helpful sales person came right out, walked with me, got me keys to several cars to check out while waiting for Steve. Steve came out and we started looking at the 2011, 2012 Accords... Then it happened! I found the car for me. A stunning black 2013 Honda Accord EX-L V6 Coupe with 1600 miles on it. It was the right car, I saved about 4500.00 from the price of a new car with 1600 miles less on it and Steve's knowledge and help in comparing the choices I had made it easy for me to make an informed decision to immediately make the deal on this car. I put a deposit down, and came back today, 2 weeks later and picked the car up. I really feel like I got red carpet service from start to finish. The Temporary Tag was even already on the car waiting for me. I handed them a check and within minutes I was on my way. I highly recommend Bryan Honda, Steve and Dave in the finance department. It was a great experience and I would buy there again no question. Thank you for the experience and the car, well.. the drive home was amazing.. thank you again! More
