If I were the General Manager, I would promote him to Sales Manager at the earliest opportunity...OR at the VERY minimum give him a bonus AND a substantial pay increase. You just cannot find a more qualified and superb ambassador for this excellent dealership. To write any more comments would be redundant...I'll conclude by stating that my wife and I have exclusively purchased Hondas since the inception of the brand...and our most recent positive experience with Bryan Honda and in particular with Ron Garcia will most assuredly continue to bring us back to Hondas in the future In closing, I would be remiss to not acknowledge the VERY outstanding service department at Bryan Honda of Fayetteville. Where do I start....Im so thankful to have had the opportunity to meet Joe Davis On a cold Saturday afternoon I was fed up with my 2001 Chevy Impala...I was late for work twice last week because my ca opportunity to meet Joe Davis On a cold Saturday afternoon I was fed up with my 2001 Chevy Impala...I was late for work twice last week because my car would not accelerate pass 45 mph. This was bad for me because I have a daily work commute to Cary, not to mention the headache of spending a ton of money in gas every week. I was driving down Raeford road and at this point my car would not accelerate pass 30 mph. I was so afraid I pulled into Bryan Honda. I met Joe Davis he was professional and made my car buying experience pleasurable from beginning to end. He listened to my wants and needs and didn't pressure me into purchasing a car. Right from the moment I told him what I needed, he took it as a challenge and make a tour of the car lots with me in order to see various cars, their prices and performances. He worked with me tirelessly on the first day and since I can not make up my mind, and the time was against me, he schedule me for an appointment the next day which was another busy day. He called me several times until I was able to visit his office. He made me change my mind to buy a bigger and more expensive car due to his sense of humor and ability to persuade me. He never pressure me nor tired of my inability to make up my mind. He discharge his duty beyond the point of call. He never waver in his ability to make me see the different and quality between the cars that I chose to buy.
