Mr. Walker was very patient and willing to let me drive any car and every car on the lot, if that was what I needed to feel comfortable with my choice of car. He was very knowledgeable about the car I decided to buy and was willing to walk me through the process in small steps. Mr. Hawthorne was also very helpful and patient. I brought my best friend and boyfriend with me to purchase this car and he explained interest rates, credit scores, and patiently explained just about every possible price of a car based on different credit scores. He answered my best friends questions, my boyfriends questions, my moms questions, as well as mine. Needless to say it took a very long time to buy the car. At the end of the night, they were still very excited and helpful as I drove safely off the lot. They still are helping me understand all of the benefits of my car and the safety plan purchased by calling me to help me schedule appointments and make sure all of the safety measures are installed.
