Bad experience with service department I had really bad experience with this company. I made a 30,000 miles service appointment with them. After the service they told me something wron I had really bad experience with this company. I made a 30,000 miles service appointment with them. After the service they told me something wrong with the fan and I had to make another appointment. I show up to the appointment at 0900 they told me that they don't have the part. I am so shocked, I was there early and they pretty much split on my face and turn me away. Like I am worthless, me being a customer means nothing to them. They want me to work around their scheduled. Another thing is I asked specific to check on my tire for the 30000 mile service. The next day the tire pressure light is on. I paid $350 for that service and all I asked is to check on my tire they can't do it. More
