Had a great day buying a car! I met Ron Garcia (internet dealer rep) initially by phone and inquired if my wife and my 11 year old daughter could come in and check out a particular I met Ron Garcia (internet dealer rep) initially by phone and inquired if my wife and my 11 year old daughter could come in and check out a particular listed vehicle which was part of the Bryan Honda inventory. Ron said "come on in" and the next morning that is exactly what we did. Ron was there waiting for us and we went over the car and all our questions were answered about technology and performance and then gave it the test drive (wife drove with daughter riding shotgun). With the test drive complete we were at the next step, talk numbers. We all went into the dealership (nice and clean place by the way) and went back to the desk and Ron showed me what it would take for my wife to drive this vehicle home. Worked for us and then Ron handed us off to Rick Harvatin (F&I) for the paperwork. Rick goes over all of it and he will answer your questions. He answered all of mine. So the deal was done and it was all transparent. We got what we wanted Bryan Honda got what it wanted and we all shook in the end. Car buying was easy to do here and there were non of the games that we have experienced at other dealerships we visited prior to coming to Bryan. Its a shame I only have two thumbs because if I had more they would be sticking up with the ones I have for you guys and your service right now. I was only looking My wife has been asking for a mini van for awhile. Going to multiple dealerships like Toyota, Kia, etc. she was always told no. One dealership belittled her while others played games and wasted her time. We went to Bryan Honda and talked with Andy Gare and the sales staff. Seeing that it was next to impossible to get what we want for our trade and the payments we need for financing it was more of a look down the road. Andy worked hard and the sales staff didn't yank us around. I would recommend Andy and Bryan Honda and would even consider looking at Honda trucks as much as it hurts because of the amazing staff.
