Not up to par My service advisor had an emergency and needed to leave. That is understandable. However, the service department failed to call to notify me of this and I only knew to pick up my car when I called to check close to the end of the business day. If I had not called, I’m pretty sure they would have forgotten to call me. The gentleman who checked me out rushed me out of the service department and failed to let me know that my car needed wheel alignments, which I would have been happy to do if I had known earlier in the day when they made that note. However, I only found out by reading the service log. Additionally, my driver’s seat is torn about 4 inches on the side, which did not exist prior to dropping my car off. I tried calling but would always get left on hold. I was considering purchasing a new Honda from Bryan this year but now I am reconsidering this entire dealership. For a service that cost over $400, the customer service was appallingly bad. More

Sje made us feel as though she didn't care too much about the commission and was willing to do everything she could to give us the best deal she could. Tje only downfall was that we were at thay dealership for about 6 hours!!! The process definitely needs to be streamlined some how. More
