Customer Service This visit was my second visit and was no where as good as the first. I sent my daughter to get my car serviced due to my work schedule. The customer service she experience was horrible and uncalled for. I did not appreciate the way she was spoken nor how I was spoken with on the phone by Nelson Rodriguez. Oil change quickness I went in for an oil change and was received pretty quickly. However the one question I have is why are there people in the service department to say I went in for an oil change and was received pretty quickly. However the one question I have is why are there people in the service department to say hi to you but only certain people can I went in for an oil change and was received pretty quickly. Two men were just sitting there doing nothing. Overall a good experience but manpower is not used properly. BUT I did talk about a upgrade in vehicles with Jeremy. He is the man! More
